we are building management (PT.Chitatex) ,looking professionals for these positions :

1.TRM (Tenant Relation Manager)
Qualification :
- Bachelors Degree of Communication or any related to social skill
- 1-2 years experience in real estate (construction management, development, asset management,and/or property management)
- A working knowledge of commercial leases.
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential; conscientiousness with sensitive materials.
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with integrated Real Estate accounting software desirable.

2.Housekeeping Manager
Qualification :
- Sarjana dari semua jurusan.
- D - 3 Perhotelan
- Pengalaman sebagai Chief Housekeeping di gedung komersial perkantoran grade A atau hotel di CBD area selama 5 tahun.
